Christine Hals is a Norwegian film composer with a masters degree in film music composition from the Royal College of Music and Dramatical Institute in Stockholm, and a graduate degree from the SMPTV Program at USC Thornton in Los Angeles. She is most known for her work on the WWII movie “Kampen om Narvik”, for writing Norse lyrics and lending her high pitched voice to Disney’s blockbuster “Frozen”, and for her composition and vocals for Riot Games’ multibillion dollar game “League of Legends”.
Some of Christine’s orchestral work has toured the world and pieces like Calling the Aurora, Northern Skies, Snö, Storms of Freya and the Norse choral piece Hvárt býr Guð have been performed by orchestras in England, the USA, Bulgaria, Sweden and Puerto Rico.
Christine has also produced pop and rock songs and taken on the role as music supervisor for some of the films she’s scored. Many of her fellow composers have used her characteristic and powerful voice in their work for films, games and trailers.
