Sigrid Anita has a master’s degree in Music for Film and Visual Media from Pulse College, also known as the iconic Windmill Lane Studios in Dublin and a bachelor’s degree in piano performance and music production from the London Center of Contemporary Music in London.
She has written concert music and soundtracks for various national and international media projects such as music for a Virtual Reality production called Finding Frida (2023) by the Norwegian director Hilde Kjos, a concert piece called Syden performed by Orkest De Ereprijs (2023) at GIGANT in Apeldoorn, an Irish feature film called SPEARS (2022) directed by the Irish director Gerard Lough, and more.
Her music has been premiered at various concerts, film premieres, festivals, and conferences such as the Gala film concert in Varna, Bulgaria, New Music Dublin festival, IAFT, United Nation HQ as part of International Women’s Day 2018, Nordic VR and Stereopsia.
