TURNS

Turns is a project with roots all the way back to the 2000´s. the debutalbum “out” was released in 2011 and was, among other things, named the Norwegian publication of the year by DN. The band toured all of Norway and played at the main stage at the big festival “Øya” the same year. In 2012, the project Turns Tentett was launched where the band performed the material from the album in jazz attire and played at several major Norwegian jazz festivals.

Turns now consists of Anders Tjore and Harald Fagerheim Bugge, and they are currently relevant as the composers behind the film music for the Cannes-nominated “Syk Pike” directed by Kristoffer Borgli. Turns primarily works as an artist/producer with roots in pop and jazz, as well as composing for feature films and documentaries. They are currently finalizing their next album.
